Crawley Town Community Foundation has announced it generated £11,768,502 in social value during the 2024/25 season. The Foundation, which serves as the official charitable arm of Crawley Town Football Club, uses the power of football and sport to deliver programmes spanning health and wellbeing, education and community development for people of all ages. Alongside the headline total, the Foundation's analysis revealed a Return on Expenditure of £18.51 for every £1 invested - meaning each pound spent generated more than eighteen times its value in wider social and economic benefit. A Value per Participant figure of £2,349 was also recorded, representing the average positive impact created for each individual whose outcomes were included in the valuation. That figure stands at more than double the EFL benchmark of £1,344 per participant, placing Crawley Town Community Foundation well above the national average for club community organisations. The results mark a significant increase on previous years and reflect the Foundation's continued commitment to creating long-term, measurable change. Through a broad range of projects and partnerships, the Foundation has supported children, young people, adults and families — delivering inclusive sports sessions, school-based activity, education programmes, and initiatives focused on health and social inclusion. Darren Ford, Head of Foundation, said: 'We are incredibly proud to share that Crawley Town Community Foundation has generated £11,768,502 in social value during the 2024/25 season. This figure represents far more than a number - it reflects the real difference our staff, partners and participants make together every day. Our mission is to positively change lives through sport and football, and this milestone highlights the strength of that work across Crawley and beyond.' He added: 'We are grateful to all our partners, funders, schools, community organisations and participants who continue to support our vision. This achievement belongs to the whole community, and it motivates us to keep building on that impact in the seasons ahead.'
